Own and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google. You should know what a good ROAS looks like and have the instincts to chase a better one.
Build fast, beautiful, conversion-optimised websites. Strong understanding of PHP or React, with an eye for design and an obsession with performance.
Design and implement AI chatbots, automation workflows, and agentic systems for our clients. Experience with LLM APIs and workflow tools is essential.
Create high-impact social media visuals, ad creatives, and brand materials. Reel editing skills are a strong plus. You must have a portfolio.
Build and execute organic growth strategies — technical SEO, content planning, AI-assisted content creation, and link building. Comfortable with data and rankings.
